Where is the merchandise shipped from?
Shipping is always FREE! We work with vendors across the globe to give you the most unique and diverse range of products. Shipping can take up to 6 weeks at most but, most of the time orders are delivered way before schedule. Guaranteed delivery time can be seen on the product’s page. We only associate with qualified, respected and reliable factories that have high scores and tons of positive feedback. Every order will include a tracking number so you can see the status of your package being sent to you.

When will I receive my order?
Every order will include a tracking number so you can see the status of your package being sent to you. Order processing usually takes 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery time is between 7-30 days to the United States since the products are shipped from various manufacturers across the United States and globe. Delivery time to other countries will also take between 7-30 days. There may be a possibility that the delivery time is longer than 7-30 days. Please contact us directly if you are having trouble tracking your order.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We aim to please you with the best quality merchandise. We only accept returns if the item is defective or if the item that was delivered was different from what was originally ordered. We will need photographic evidence of any defects and claims. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. We do not accept returns or exchanges for mistakes made by the buyer such as ordering the wrong size, color or the buyer no longer wants it. We do not accept refunds for items that are within the 30 business days delivery period. Please contact us directly before sending over a return or exchange. We will not redeliver merchandise sent back to us without contacting us before.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. We process our credit and debit card payments through PayPal. Upon checkout you will be brought to a PayPal portal to complete payment with either your credit or debit card or PayPal account. Our servers are 100% secure and your information is encrypted and safe when you order from us. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit or debit card.

Customs fees
We are not responsible for any fees if your country has specific customs fees to pay before you are able to receive your merchandise. If your order is an international shipment it may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays to your package(s) arrival.
